Happy 3rd of July

We started our traditional neighborhood Independence Day celebrations a little early this year by BBQing and lighting fireworks on the 3rd of July. We will also be celebrating on the 4th, but one family had a wedding to go to on the 4th and didn't want to miss any of the fun.

Each year we BBQ and set off fireworks with our neighbors, it's one of the best traditions we started since moving here. Dinner is always great and our neighbors go a little overboard with the fireworks so we have our own fireworks show right on our street.

We had a lot of fun and no one was seriously injured so it was a success. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow night!
