Five Years

Ryan and I celebrated five years of wedded bliss last week. Still can’t believe it’s been five years since we got married and that we’ve been together for 13 years.

To celebrate the occasion, we left the kids at my parents’ house and went to Manhattan for the day. Unfortunately there wasn’t a home game last weekend, but we still had a good time eating at Rock-A-Belly Deli, shopping at Varney’s, driving through town in shock at how much it has changed since we lived there and fishing at Ryan’s favorite fishing hole, Rocky Creek.

Next year, hopefully we can afford to go someplace a little further away, sunnier and surrounded by water; but if not, we’ll be Manhattan bound again.
