A Warm Day

We are getting warm days here and there. I get so excited when we have a nice day only to be disappointed  a day or two later when the temp drops down below 50 degrees again. I hate it when the weather teases us with nice days, but then warm days sure do lift my spirits.

Yesterday the weather was nice! I asked Adrianne if she'd like to go to the zoo? To which she replied, "No, park." I know she loves going to the park, but the park wears me out. So I ask her again, "Do you want to go to the zoo and see the animals?" But she was adamant, "No, park. Swing. Slide." I hate to tell her no when she's not making a huge request, so we went to the park.

When there is actually a nice day in Kansas in February or March, the park is crowded. Thankfully, my mom was able to go with us to help keep an eye on Adrianne. Today she mainly wanted to swing, which was great for this tired, pregnant momma.
